Once a year, Lumens (Luminou Locals) use Star Crystals to make flying lanterns. Fly a lantern to wish for someone's happiness, mourn for someone's passing, or a chance to guide those who are lost.
No matter why someone may fly a lantern, it's important to be respectful.
