Refaktor ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses transpile Repo NestJS Inertia.

Terdapat 2 metode yang dipakai untuk mempercepat proses transpile

1. Mengganti transpiler dari webpack ke vite
   • Faster first time transpile
   • Slower rebuild than webpack (24s pada project kalla)
   • Faster website build
2. Optimize config webpack
   • Nothing better
